Customer Service & Recruitment Associate – Arabic & English

About the role

Capital Placement is looking for a bilingual Customer Service & Recruitment Associate to be the first point of contact for corporate clients across the Middle East and North Africa. You will support employers throughout the entire talent‑program lifecycle, from initial consultation to program completion, while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients via phone, email, and chat in Arabic and English.
• Conduct consultations to understand hiring goals and recommend suitable program structures.
• Coordinate recruitment and talent‑program delivery, managing high‑volume client accounts across multiple stages.
• Conduct interviews and briefings using the in‑house AI interviewer, Rena.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, execution, and completion of programs.
• Maintain accurate records in all tracking systems and databases.
• Analyze client and program data, surface insights, and share recommendations.
• Utilize AI tools to improve client experience and streamline workflows.
• Take ownership of issues, resolving them with sound judgment and creative problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Available for full‑time work with no other commitments.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Comfortable managing corporate client relationships and stakeholder communication.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple programmes simultaneously.
• Calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solver who takes ownership of outcomes.
• Curious about AI and automation.
