Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Quiqup is seeking an entry‑level Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for partners, merchants, shoppers and riders across the MENA region and international markets. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless post‑checkout experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partners, merchants, shoppers and riders, responding to requests, complaints and compliments.
• Explain Quiqup’s operational procedures, policies and service details clearly to all stakeholders.
• Handle inbound requests and make outbound calls to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily order logistics, acting as a liaison between partners and internal operations teams.
• Escalate and troubleshoot delivery issues in real time, working with logistics partners and internal teams.
• Bridge communication between drivers and end‑customers to facilitate successful deliveries.
