Customer Service and Sales Manager

About the role

The Customer Service and Sales Manager will lead a flexible‑workspace centre, acting as the business owner on site. You will be responsible for delivering sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving the centre’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site operations, from daily activities to long‑term strategy.
• Generate new business and upsell existing customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective clients and convert interest into memberships.
• Resolve challenges promptly, maintaining a high‑quality service environment.
• Foster customer loyalty so that each client becomes a brand ambassador for the centre and IWG.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a small, customer‑focused team and achieving sales targets.
• Background in flexible‑workspace centres, retail, hospitality, or similar high‑contact environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline and close deals consistently.
• Mindset of passion, drive, ownership, and resilience.
