Customer Onboarding Associate

About the role

As a Customer Onboarding Associate you will be the face of OK Distribution’s digital transformation, helping grocery store owners and pharmacists adopt a new tech‑forward ordering platform. You will work independently in the field, delivering presentations and guiding customers through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled visits to stores and pharmacies in your assigned region to present the OK Distribution App.
• Explain platform features, address questions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Identify customer needs, resolve discrepancies, and advise on best practices for using the app.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the office‑based Customer Support team for operational assistance.

Required profile

• Excellent presenter and communicator with the ability to build immediate trust.
• Own reliable personal transportation for daily regional travel.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable navigating mobile applications and digital tools.
• Prior experience in Customer Support, Marketing, Business Development, or Sales is highly valued.
