About the role
Agoda is looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work with a data‑driven group that designs and optimizes large‑scale marketing programs, helping to improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
- Analyze experiment data and build predictive models to measure the impact of campaigns, TV advertising and pricing changes.
- Develop dashboards, track performance metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data‑driven recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
- 0‑4 years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy role at a fast‑growing tech company.
- Proven ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into business impact.
