CRO-Focused Web Designer

About the role

Fuelerate is looking for a CRO‑focused Web Designer to create high‑converting landing pages, Shopify redesigns, and A/B test variants for eCommerce brands. You will translate conversion‑rate‑optimization insights into clean, effective designs that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design full Shopify redesigns with a focus on conversion.
• Produce A/B test variants quickly and accurately.
• Create landing pages optimized for paid traffic.
• Turn CRO strategy into clear, usable design specifications.
• Collaborate with CRO specialists, product managers, developers, copywriters, and media buyers.

Required profile

• Strong Figma proficiency.
• Experience designing for eCommerce stores, preferably Shopify.
• Understanding of CRO and UX principles.
• Agency background with a portfolio that showcases conversion‑focused work.
• Proactive, ownership‑mindset and ability to work quickly without micromanagement.
