Creative Content Creator & Community Manager

About the role

HNZ Holding is seeking a highly creative Content Creator who will strengthen the brand’s digital presence by spotting trends, developing concepts, shooting and editing short‑form videos, and publishing engaging posts across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends.
• Plan, shoot, edit, caption and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos and promotional videos.
• Follow trending sounds, formats, challenges and content styles professionally.
• Maintain a consistent and attractive presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the online community by responding to comments, messages and customer interactions.
• Monitor feedback, reviews and sentiment, escalating important issues when required.
• Coordinate with Marketing/Growth and Graphic Design teams on campaigns, promotions and content calendars.
• Track content performance and propose fresh concepts based on reach and engagement data.

Required profile

• Highly creative with a strong eye for social media trends.
• Confident in front of and behind the camera.
• Strong communication and community‑management skills.
• Fast, proactive, organized and innovative.
• Previous content creation experience, preferably in food & beverage.

Required skills

• Content shooting and short‑form video editing.
• Proficient with Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and Stories.
• Ability to create engaging captions and publish content.
