Cost Controller – Financial Analysis & Reporting

About the role

CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking an ambitious Cost Controller to join its dynamic team. You will work closely with experienced professionals, monitor project and operational costs, and provide actionable financial insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control operational and project costs against approved budgets.
• Analyze cost structures, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports.
• Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast) and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Present financial data through charts, graphs, and KPIs for management.
• Automate reporting processes and enhance data visibility.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and update forecasts based on actual performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, assist internal and external audits, and maintain data integrity across systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis principles.
• Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
• Excellent analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Power BI or comparable data‑visualisation tool.
• Cost accounting techniques.
