Corporate Brand Manager – Remote (Lebanon)

About the role

MADI International is seeking a dynamic Corporate Brand Manager to work remotely from Lebanon. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, commercial performance, and strategic marketing for leading beauty and lifestyle brands across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for brand principals, ensuring alignment on strategy, launches, and marketing direction.
• Develop annual brand plans, budgets, and activity calendars in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage brand P&L, pricing strategy, assortment planning, and brand positioning to achieve profitable growth.
• Monitor sell‑in/sell‑out performance, collaborate on order cycles, stock health, and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns in line with global guidelines, coordinating creative, digital, PR, and retail activation.
• Liaise with demand planning, sales, finance, events, retail, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand presence.
• Provide regular performance reporting to the Head of Brand Management and brand principals.
• Lead and mentor Brand Executives, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG/beauty industry.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work remotely with cross‑functional and multinational teams.
• High attention to detail, agility, and ownership mindset.
