Content Lead

About the role

The Content Lead will own the content function across client accounts and internal brand initiatives, shaping strategy, storytelling and execution. This senior position requires a deep understanding of brand positioning, audience insights and market dynamics to drive compelling, results‑focused content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own the content function for multiple client accounts and internal projects.
• Conduct brand studies and audits to uncover positioning, audience, tone and competitive landscape.
• Develop content strategies, concepts, hooks and storytelling territories that differentiate each brand.
• Set content direction, messaging frameworks and narrative angles before campaign launch.
• Translate client briefs into clear, strategic content roadmaps and creative approaches.
• Generate big ideas, campaign themes and communication concepts aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee quality, clarity and consistency of all content deliverables before publication.
• Guide and mentor content creators on ideation, structure, tone and storytelling techniques.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals and presentations with strong narrative thinking.
• Monitor content performance, extract insights and refine strategies continuously.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial or copywriting, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven track record leading content across multiple brands and accounts.
• Strong ability to conduct brand analysis and translate insights into strategic content directions.
• Demonstrated experience developing campaign concepts, hooks and storytelling frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of digital platforms, content trends and performance metrics.
• Experience managing, mentoring and guiding creative teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing campaign work, brand messaging and multi‑platform content.
