Content Creator – Visual Media Specialist

About the role

New Beginning is seeking a highly aesthetic, trend‑aware Content Creator to join its boutique marketing and consultancy team in Beirut. This full‑time, on‑site position is offered under a two‑year fixed‑term contract and focuses on producing premium visual content for fashion, weddings, events, hospitality, beauty and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photo and video assets using professional cameras and mobile devices.
• Produce and edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, stories and other short‑form social media content.
• Create and adapt visual assets for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and additional digital platforms.
• Write captions, short‑form copy, text overlays and basic campaign messaging.
• Support the development of monthly content calendars and schedule posts across client accounts.
• Collaborate with consultants, designers, photographers, videographers and project teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain organized archives of raw footage, edited files and project assets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, photography or videography.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work for fashion, weddings, events, lifestyle or premium brands.
• Excellent aesthetic sense with attention to composition, lighting, styling and visual details.
• Ability to capture professional‑quality content with both camera and mobile phone.
• Proven video editing skills for short‑form formats.
