Content Creator

About the role

This role covers the full cycle of creating and producing short-form video and social content, from script and concept to filming and delivery. It works closely with designers, editors and motion/3D teams and supports social media and marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scripts, visuals and content ideas aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Plan, shoot and film original content on-site and off-site, using professional or mobile equipment as required.
• Collaborate with designers, editors and motion/3D teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Research social media trends, short-form formats and storytelling techniques, and contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions.
• Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to improve future outputs.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and keep brand consistency across channels.
• Support the development and tracking of social media and marketing strategies.
• Direct and oversee quality control during shoots, ensuring scripts are fully produced and delivered as intended.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media, preferably at a creative agency.
• Hands-on experience filming content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.).
• Strong storytelling, copywriting or visual editing skills.
• Creative mindset and passion for digital trends; portfolio or samples of past work.

Required skills

• CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Short-form video production and editing.
