About the role

Presentail is an innovative online gifting platform looking for a creative Content Creator to shape its voice across digital channels. You will blend storytelling with strategy to produce engaging content that strengthens the brand, drives customer interaction, and supports growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans for social media, website, blog, newsletters, and ad campaigns.
• Generate ideas for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Create and schedule posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement, and optimize content for growth.
• Write compelling product descriptions, captions, email campaigns, and ad copy.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Script and storyboard short‑form videos showcasing products and customer stories.
• Stay updated on gifting, lifestyle, and social media trends to keep content fresh.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities in English (Arabic a plus).
• Ability to produce engaging short‑form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
• Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
