Contact Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to join OMT’s head office in Beirut. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to OMT customers, understanding their needs and keeping them informed about our services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally, resolve issues, answer queries and provide information following Contact Center procedures.
• Analyze customer requests, gather required data, and forward cases to the appropriate division via email when necessary.
• Follow up on open cases, update customers on status and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Manage requests submitted through the OMT Pay application, including digital transaction modifications and cancellations.
• Handle live‑chat inquiries, resolve complaints and deliver detailed service information.
• Ensure database integrity by continuously updating customer profiles and case statuses.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in banking or financial services customer support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
