About the role

CCMI Group’s Real Estate Division is seeking ambitious, self‑driven real estate brokers to join a high‑performance brokerage in Beirut. This position is fully commission‑based, ideal for professionals motivated by results rather than a fixed salary.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong portfolio of property listings.
• Actively farm for new listings and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Negotiate and close property transactions successfully.
• Utilize the company’s proprietary CRM to track leads and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the in‑house media agency for digital marketing of listings.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of real‑estate brokerage experience in the Lebanese market.
• Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven track record of closing property deals.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
