Club Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven hospitality professional to lead all operational, administrative and service aspects of our private members’ country club in Beit Meri. The role combines oversight of sports, food & beverage, member relations, facilities and staff to deliver a world‑class club experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sports and recreation programmes (gym, tennis, paddle, swimming) and manage partnerships with coaches and trainers.
• Direct food & beverage outlets, ensuring premium service standards, cost efficiency and consistency across restaurants, lounges and catering events.
• Maintain member experience through personalized service, feedback systems and engagement programmes.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of club assets, coordinating with engineering and external vendors.
• Recruit, train and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Plan and execute social, sports and family events to enhance community engagement.
• Monitor budgets, P&L and procurement, ensuring financial targets and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in luxury hospitality or private club management.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑departmental operations and lead large teams.
• Strong understanding of sports administration, F&B operations and facilities maintenance.
• Track record of delivering high member satisfaction and retention.
