Bartender – Pool Restaurant

About the role

Join a private members' club in Beit Mery as a bartender for the pool restaurant, delivering fast, professional service to guests in a high‑volume summer setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
• Set up and close down the bar station daily and process orders accurately.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards, checking guest age where required.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience in line with restaurant service standards.

Required profile

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, beach club, pool bar, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, mocktails, spirits, soft drinks, and coffee service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Well‑groomed, professional, team‑oriented, and flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Basic English required; additional languages are a plus.
