Client & Platform Officer

About the role

Tomohi is seeking a motivated Client & Platform Officer to support learners throughout their journey on its educational platform. The role combines client acquisition, customer success, and day‑to‑day platform operations, offering a unique chance to impact learner experience from registration to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective learners, present Tomohi’s services and guide them through registration.
• Follow up leads, track acquisition metrics and report performance.
• Onboard new learners, conduct regular check‑ins and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Support retention by ensuring a positive learner experience throughout their package.
• Maintain accurate learner records, update internal systems and assist with reporting.
• Identify and escalate operational issues to the Client & Platform Manager.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service, education, operations or administration is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
