Client & Platform Officer

About the role

Tomohi is seeking a motivated Client & Platform Officer to support learners throughout their journey and ensure the smooth operation of its educational platform. This role combines client acquisition, customer success, and platform administration in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective learners, present Tomohi’s services and guide them through registration.
• Follow up leads, track acquisition performance and report on conversion metrics.
• Onboard new learners, conduct regular check‑ins and respond to inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
• Support day‑to‑day platform operations, keep learner records up to date and assist with reporting.
• Identify and escalate operational issues to the Client & Platform Manager.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service, education, operations or administration is a plus.
