Client Advisor – Retail Sales Associate

About the role

The Client Advisor will represent ALO’s boutique lifestyle brand in Beirut, delivering an authentic and engaging shopping experience. You will connect with customers, educate them about our products and community, and help drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets by promoting ALO initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service that creates a welcoming environment for shoppers.
• Build and maintain daily client relationships, ensuring repeat visits.
• Analyze sales reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
• Ensure proper floor coverage through workforce planning and active selling.
• Educate guests and staff on product features, benefits, care, and brand culture.
• Assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment.
• Follow all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house policies and procedures.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a client‑centric, sales‑focused environment.
• Ability to stand and move throughout an entire shift.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• High energy, upbeat attitude with a fun, collaborative mindset.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates empathy, integrity, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
