Civil Engineer / Architect

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer or Architect with 5‑10 years of experience to join Insites, a specialist in the fit‑out industry. The role combines project design, site supervision, tendering and coordination, offering hands‑on exposure to construction and fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver construction projects within strict deadlines and budget.
• Interpret design drawings and ensure their accurate execution on site.
• Coordinate team members, third‑party contractors and consultants.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
• Support tender preparation and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 5‑10 years of relevant experience in construction or fit‑out projects.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Competent use of MS Office suite.
