Channel Sales Manager – HR & Payroll Solutions

About the role

The Channel Sales Manager will lead the development and growth of MAGNAR Systems’ partner network for its HR and payroll solutions. This role focuses on building strong relationships with channel partners, driving revenue, and expanding market presence across the HCM sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners specializing in HCM solutions.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with strategic partners to ensure high engagement and shared success.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies, set targets, forecast revenue, and monitor performance metrics.
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing partner activities and promoting HR technology adoption.
• Provide continuous training, certification, and sales enablement programs for partners.
• Conduct market research on HR technology trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and support teams on partner programs and co‑branded campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on channel sales performance, delivering actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of proven channel sales experience, preferably in HCM, HR technology or SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing partner ecosystems to achieve revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.
