Cash Van Sales Representative

About the role

The Cash Van Sales Representative drives a sales‑focused van, delivering products directly to customers in the Kesserwein and Jbeil areas. You will manage inventory, promote offers, and ensure high visibility of merchandise while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Share daily challenges with the Sales Supervisor and receive corrective guidance.
• Load the van with Must‑Stock‑List (MSL) items and arrange boxes to preserve condition.
• Run inventory checks and propose orders to buyers.
• Communicate offers and promotions to up‑sell and exceed sales targets.
• Expand the distribution panel according to Department Head guidelines.
• Provide detailed product knowledge (price, packaging, weight, margin, profit) to customers.
• Maintain mandatory merchandising for each stand to ensure high visibility and accessibility.
• Ensure new SKUs and promotions are listed within the set timeframe.
• Develop strong customer relationships, handle complaints, and ensure timely order delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or field‑service experience.
• Valid public driving license for a 3.5‑ton vehicle.
• Willingness to work in the Kesserwein & Jbeil sales area.
• Availability Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM‑5:00 PM and a half‑day on Saturday.
