Car Spare Parts Specialist

About the role

SOFIDAL is seeking a full‑time Car Spare Parts Specialist to join its Beirut office. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of automotive spare parts between suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter or by phone, providing product information and quotations.
• Identify required spare parts, verify availability, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare invoices, process documentation, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Support sales initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient service.
• Participate in basic training to stay updated on new products, pricing, and internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service skills with clear communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts, vehicle components, and basic mechanical terminology.
• Sales aptitude, including cross‑selling and upselling capabilities.
• Ability to train and coach team members on product and process knowledge.
• Familiarity with insurance processes related to automotive claims and repairs.
• Basic computer literacy, accurate data entry, and experience with inventory or ERP systems.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in automotive parts, retail, or related fields is preferred; a technical or business diploma is an advantage.
