Car Rental Branch Manager – Beirut

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Car Rental Branch Manager to lead our showroom and daily rental operations in Beirut. The role combines commercial drive with strong operational oversight to ensure high service standards and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day showroom and car rental activities, including fleet availability, reservations, rentals, and returns.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate branch staff, ensuring smooth operational procedures.
• Monitor vehicle allocation, utilization, turnaround times, and coordinate pick‑ups, returns, inspections, and documentation.
• Manage rental agreements, pricing, deposits, extensions, and promotional offers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Track branch sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate vehicle cleaning, maintenance, servicing, and repair schedules.
• Support business development, corporate accounts, and customer retention initiatives.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports and implement efficiency‑enhancing procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in car rental, automotive showroom, or fleet operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, teams, and customer service.
• Strong sales awareness with a focus on revenue and performance targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Organizational detail‑orientation and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
• Willingness to commit to a two‑year full‑time onsite contract in Beirut.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with fleet management or car rental management systems.
