About the role

Join maids.cc as a Call Center Specialist, the primary voice for our customers. You will handle inbound and outbound communications across phone, WhatsApp, and chat, turning queries into clear solutions while maintaining a professional tone.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and chat conversations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate service.
• Resolve problems, manage complaints, and keep customers confident and calm.
• Process bookings, payments, refunds, and account updates.
• Track customer feedback and help improve communication processes.
• Collaborate with CX, sales, and tech teams to make conversations smarter and faster.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Clear communication and ability to explain concepts simply.
• Customer‑first mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple chats/calls without losing focus.
• Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends if needed.
• Fresh graduates and early‑career candidates are welcome.
• Attitude, intelligence, and drive valued over extensive experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Ziwo or similar CRM/call‑center tools.
