About the role
As a Call Center Specialist at maids.cc, you will be the primary voice interacting with customers across multiple channels. You will help guide users, resolve issues, and ensure every conversation feels smooth, clear, and professional.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and live‑chat conversations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Resolve problems, manage complaints, and keep customers calm and confident.
- Process bookings, payments, refunds, and account updates.
- Collect and track customer feedback to improve communication.
- Collaborate with CX, sales, and tech teams to streamline interactions.
Required profile
- Strong spoken and written English with clear communication skills.
- Customer‑first mindset and solid problem‑solving ability.
- Comfortable multitasking across calls and chats without losing focus.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if needed.
- Fresh graduates or early‑career candidates with the right attitude and drive.
Required skills
- Experience with call‑center tools or CRM systems (Ziwo is a plus).
