About the role
We are looking for a professional, customer‑oriented Call Center Operator to join our team. The role focuses on handling inbound calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high standard of service while meeting the company’s response‑time targets.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about company services and address customer inquiries.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department when required.
- Record customer details, messages, and requests accurately in the system.
- Follow up on pending requests and handle complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service quality.
- Assist with meal and catering orders, update customers on order status, and support high‑volume periods or large events.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center environment.
- Previous exposure to hospitality, catering or food‑service is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
