About the role

The Business Development Specialist will support Bliynk Agency’s growth by prospecting new clients, presenting our digital and creative services, and helping to close deals. This full‑time position works closely with the creative, digital and account teams to align proposals with client needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the digital and marketing sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
  • Research market trends, competitors and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals match agency capabilities.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
  • Proactive, organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with strong self‑motivation.
  • Fluent English; Arabic or French a plus.
  • Experience in a digital, creative or marketing agency is preferred.

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Relationship‑building and follow‑up skills.
