About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities for our Voice AI solutions targeting restaurants across North America. Based in Lebanon, you will focus on outbound phone outreach and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to restaurant prospects.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings and ensure smooth hand‑off to Account Executives.
  • Send timely email follow‑ups to reduce no‑shows.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet activity and pipeline targets.

Required profile

  • Strong verbal communication and phone confidence.
  • Consistent, results‑driven work ethic.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively.

Required skills

  • HubSpot CRM proficiency.
