About the Role
Join a fast-growing social entertainment startup on a mission to build a modern Middle Eastern gaming IP for the global stage. As a Business Development & Partnerships Associate, you will work directly with the founding team to expand Panic Zones' footprint across retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
Main Missions
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with retailers, cafes, gaming venues, and distributors.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to penetrate the corporate gifting and events market.
- Coordinate with distributors to optimize supply chains and drive sell-through growth in existing channels.
- Support on-the-ground brand activations and events to boost community engagement and product visibility.
Profile We Are Looking For
- A proactive hunter mindset with a passion for the gaming and social entertainment industry.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach to closing and relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally in diverse environments.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate between multiple stakeholders and distributors.
