Business Development & Market Entry Manager – GCC

About the role

Samer Khouzami Cosmetics is seeking a Business Development & Market Entry Manager for the GCC region. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and securing new distribution partners to expand the brand’s presence across priority Gulf markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential distributors and strategic retail partners across the GCC.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Leverage regional connections to reach owners, senior executives and key decision‑makers.
• Present Samer Khouzami Cosmetics to prospective partners and generate proactive opportunities.
• Conduct structured evaluations of prospective distributors, covering market coverage, brand portfolio, financial strength, logistics capabilities and product‑registration capacity.
• Assess commercial and operational suitability, flag risks and prepare due‑diligence reports.
• Coordinate operational requirements for market entry, including product registration, importation, logistics, forecasting and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to align partnership opportunities with commercial objectives.
• Represent the company at distributor meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions.

Required profile

• Proactive relationship builder with strong regional connections in the GCC.
• Persuasive negotiation skills and persistence to move opportunities from contact to signed agreement.
• Practical experience in operations and supply‑chain management within the beauty or consumer goods sector.
• Ability to assess distributors’ commercial, financial and logistical capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate market potential and risks.
