Business Development Manager – MENA Region

About the role

Harmovest Capital is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead expansion across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The role focuses on acquiring high‑value Forex and CFD traders, building IB and affiliate partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the MENA market.
• Acquire, onboard, and retain Forex/CFD traders and high‑value clients.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Promote trading solutions across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Metals, Stocks, and Crypto CFDs.
• Support clients throughout onboarding, account opening, and platform adoption.
• Achieve KPIs such as new client acquisition, funded accounts, net deposits, trading activity, and IB‑generated business.
• Identify new market opportunities and represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry activities.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in the Forex & CFD brokerage industry.
• Proven track record in Forex sales, client acquisition, and IB/affiliate management.
• Strong understanding of Forex & CFD products, trading accounts, client funding processes, and IB commission structures.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Existing network of traders, IBs, or partners in the MENA region is highly preferred.
