About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to lead merchant acquisition and business development activities across the North area of Lebanon. You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing partners, driving sales growth, and representing Tekram services in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new business partners and merchants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct field visits and market research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Present Tekram services and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Achieve daily and monthly acquisition and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new partners.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
Required profile
- Previous experience in F&B sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Knowledge of the North Lebanon area.
