Business Analyst – Process Improvement & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will turn chaotic workflows into scalable, data‑driven processes for our US‑based facilities management and real‑estate operations. You will not only analyse problems but also design, test and implement solutions that improve efficiency and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and deliver practical solutions.
• Transform messy workflows into clear, repeatable processes.
• Build KPI systems to monitor real performance.
• Create SOPs and process maps that teams can follow.
• Test and implement AI and automation tools.
• Develop no‑code automations using Zapier, Make, n8n or HubSpot.
• Collaborate across teams to move ideas from concept to execution.
• Clean and structure data to generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• Think in systems rather than isolated tasks.
• Simplify complexity and make it actionable.
• Strong with Excel or Google Sheets, even when data is messy.
• Tech‑fluent and quick to learn new tools.
• Take ownership without waiting for direction.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, unstructured environments.
