Business Analyst Intern

About the role

Join maids.cc’s fast‑growing tech team in Lebanon as a Business Analyst Intern. You will work on real‑world AI‑driven projects, supporting data‑based decision making and process automation across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business problems, collect data, and produce reports for decision‑making.
• Use AI tools, large language models, and automation platforms to build and improve chatbots, workflows, and internal systems.
• Design workflows, wireframes, mockups, and process improvements to optimise operations.
• Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to launch dashboards, automation tools, and AI‑driven solutions.
• Support restructuring initiatives by defining KPIs and enhancing operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a critical thinking mindset.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as OpenAI.
• Experience with automation platforms like n8n and LangChain.
• Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools: Notion, JIRA, Miro.
• Basic knowledge of data‑visualisation tools: Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Mixpanel.
