Brand Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Brand Marketing Executive to join our team in Beirut. The role focuses on building and promoting pharmaceutical or parapharmaceutical brands through both traditional and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
• Manage the brand’s digital presence, including social media, digital content, and coordination with external agencies.
• Monitor and optimize digital campaign performance using analytics and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and support field activities.
• Coordinate product launches, medical events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Track sales performance, KPIs, and marketing ROI, and prepare business performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or parapharmaceutical marketing, preferably in a brand or product marketing role.
• Experience with OTC, skincare, personal care, medical devices, or consumer healthcare brands is a plus.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online campaign management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
