About the role
WELL Clinic is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its medical wellness and aesthetic centre. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on operational excellence, delivering outstanding patient experiences and driving high‑performing team dynamics.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring all services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Lead, motivate and manage the clinic team to achieve performance targets and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct client consultations, assess needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and client care throughout the patient journey.
Required profile
- Experience working in a medical aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery practice or wellness centre.
- Proven ability to conduct client consultations and develop treatment plans.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
