Branch Manager – Copy Center

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the copy‑center and bookstore operations, driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering a welcoming experience for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the bookstore and copy‑center, including inventory, equipment, and ticketing booth.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions and align seasonal events with the company calendar.
• Analyse sales data, generate monthly reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and implement loss‑prevention strategies.
• Manage customer service platforms (e.g., Zoho), respond to inquiries, and uphold high satisfaction standards.
• Ensure all copiers, printers and related equipment are functional, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs.
• Supervise, train and evaluate staff, set performance targets, and conduct regular meetings.
• Enforce safety, security and cash‑handling procedures during opening and closing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Proven experience managing retail or copy‑center operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoho (customer service platform).
• Inventory and stock‑management expertise.
• Basic knowledge of copy‑center equipment operation and maintenance.
