BIM Manager

About the role

Ohana Development is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes across multidisciplinary projects. The role combines strong technical BIM expertise with leadership, planning, and team development to support project delivery teams and mentor architects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company‑wide BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Define BIM strategies aligned with project and business goals.
• Coordinate BIM execution across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Train, mentor, and supervise architects and designers with basic to intermediate Revit experience.
• Create structured training programs to improve team proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Conduct model reviews, quality control checks, clash detection, and coordination processes.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure BIM deliverables meet requirements.
• Develop BIM execution plans, templates, libraries, and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BIM certification preferred).
• 8‑10 years of architectural BIM experience with multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proven experience in BIM implementation, strategic planning, and process development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
