Bilingual Intake & Retention Specialist (English/Arabic) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Intake & Retention Specialist to be the first point of contact for personal injury clients. Working remotely, you will handle inbound communications, qualify leads, and guide prospective clients through our intake and retainer process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with professional customer service and route them appropriately.
• Qualify and screen leads based on practice area and conflict checks.
• Gather detailed accident information, insurance data, police reports, and medical records.
• Explain retainer agreements, obtain signatures, and open accurate client files.
• Upload and maintain records in OneDrive and the firm’s CMS (e.g., Filevine).
• Assign cases to case managers and set clear expectations for clients.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Arabic (Spanish a plus).
• Strong communication, detail‑orientation, and ability to manage high call volumes.
• Reliable PC or laptop with wired internet, noise‑cancelling headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends on US time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/CMS platforms, preferably Filevine.
• Proficiency in OneDrive for document storage.
• Comfort with uploading and organizing digital records.
