Beauty Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Beauty Advisor to join our retail team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our beauty brands, and achieving sales targets while maintaining an attractive counter presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales by advising customers, recommending products suited to their skin type, colour and facial features, and upselling promotional offers.
• Demonstrate product usage through facials, makeup application, and sample distribution to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and complete weekly CRM reports for analysis.
• Ensure the counter is well‑stocked, products are displayed according to brand guidelines, and report any display issues to the supervisor.
• Monitor competitor promotions and new product launches to keep the store competitive.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Cosmetology or related field; beauty academy certification is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor in the beauty industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
