Beauty Advisor

About the role

The Beauty Advisor delivers exceptional customer service while driving sales of beauty products. You will represent multiple brands, showcase their unique images, and help customers find the right products for their skin tone, type, and facial features.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales targets through routine sales activities and promotion endorsement.
• Recommend and demonstrate products, perform facials, apply makeup, and distribute samples.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database, complete weekly CRM forms, and communicate insights to the BA Supervisor.
• Ensure counters are fully stocked and displays follow brand guidelines; report any display issues promptly.
• Monitor competitor promotions, new products, and events to keep a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Cosmetology or related field; beauty academy certification is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and selling abilities.
• Flexible attendance schedule and ability to work at various POS locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
