About the role
The Beauty Advisor provides exceptional, personalized service to customers while building lasting relationships that drive sales. Acting as the main representative of the brand, the advisor promotes products and ensures a high‑standard retail experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and recommend suitable beauty products.
- Introduce and promote new items to increase sales.
- Organise and display merchandise attractively.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
- Report on sales trends, best‑sellers and slow‑moving items.
- Meet sales targets and manage promotional activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Degree in Cosmetology or a beauty certification (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to work independently or in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
