Barista – Customer‑Focused Café Role

About the role

Bake Me Out is looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Barista to join its café team in Hazmieh. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality coffee and beverage experiences, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees, lattes, smoothies, shakes and cocktails, following quality and presentation standards.
• Greet customers, take orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Keep the barista station clean, organized and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Assist teammates with light kitchen duties and general operational support when needed.
• Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of barista experience in a fast‑paced café or restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage customers and colleagues.
• High energy, reliability and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Residence in or easy commuting distance to Hazmieh.

Required skills

• Expertise in coffee preparation and milk‑foaming techniques.
• Proficiency in preparing cold beverages such as smoothies and cocktails.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station.
