Waiter – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to join our luxurious dining team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience from greeting to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and answer questions about portions, ingredients, and allergens.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them to the kitchen, and upsell appetizers, desserts, and drinks.
• Serve dishes and drinks, maintain table settings, and ensure a clean, elegant atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, and process checks and payments.
• Collaborate daily with the Restaurant Manager on specials, menu changes, and service specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, glasses, and silverware by transporting them to the kitchen.

Required profile

• High school certificate or technical diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in fine‑dining or upscale restaurant settings.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
