B2B Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

Sowcial is seeking a B2B Sales and Marketing Representative to promote its marketing, event management and consultancy services to corporate clients. The role is full‑time, based on‑site in Beirut, and focuses on generating new business and maintaining long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective corporate clients and schedule sales meetings.
• Present Sowcial’s portfolio of marketing, events and consultancy services.
• Build and maintain client relationships, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up post‑sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs.
• Track sales performance, contribute to sales strategies and support training initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication, customer‑service and sales skills.
• Training and sales‑management abilities to support team development.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing, events or consultancy.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut with strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software, with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
