B2B Sales Executive – Marketing & Digital Services

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to promote our marketing and digital services to business clients in Lebanon. The role is based onsite in Dekwaneh, working Monday to Friday, and requires strong credibility when meeting prospects in person.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to business owners, founders, and marketing managers through outbound activities.
• Conduct discovery meetings (in‑person and online) to identify client challenges and objectives.
• Present service offerings, pricing, and realistic results, then build tailored proposals.
• Handle objections related to cost, timelines, and past agency experiences.
• Close deals, hand over accounts to the delivery team with complete documentation, and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Attend face‑to‑face client meetings around Beirut when needed and maintain consistent follow‑up throughout long sales cycles.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record in marketing, digital, or advertising services, with details on deal size, close rate, and sales cycle.
• Fluent Arabic and strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and confident presenting in client meetings.
• Disciplined use of a CRM to maintain an accurate pipeline.
• Based in or able to commute daily to Dekwaneh and available 9 AM‑5 PM, Monday‑Friday.
