Associate – Expert Sourcing & Outreach

About the role

As an Associate at Infoquest, you will act as the bridge between clients and industry experts, driving outreach and sourcing efforts to deliver critical insights quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source experts using LinkedIn, databases, and online tools.
• Conduct initial outreach via cold calls, emails, and messages.
• Negotiate and secure expert participation while handling objections.
• Perform screening calls to assess expertise and fit.
• Maintain compliance and data security for sensitive information.
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs related to calls, outreaches, and expert confirmations.

Required profile

• 0-4 years of professional experience or recent graduate.
• Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and online research tools for sourcing.
