Associate, Affiliate (Entry‑Level Performance Marketing)

About the role

The Associate, Affiliate will support the planning, execution and optimisation of affiliate marketing campaigns for WPP Media. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Support the set‑up and launch of affiliate campaigns across networks and publisher partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, track delivery and assist with quality‑assurance checks before go‑live.
• Prepare basic performance reports and conduct initial analysis.
• Coordinate with affiliate networks, publishers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in optimisation activities to meet client objectives and maintain accurate tracking documentation.
• Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
• Strong work ethic, professional integrity and good communication skills.
• Passion for the digital/programmatic advertising industry.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts, Google Analytics or tracking is a plus.
